Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning

"Jerk" is a style of Jamaican Barbecue. This paste is traditionally rubbed sparingly into meat, but favorable results can also be achieved by diluting the paste with olive oil and marinating the meat in a resealable bag. The meat should be left in the refrigerator overnight for best results, then grilled or roasted slowly. Walkerswood jerk seasoning is made with scallions, hot peppers, salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, citric acid, sugar and thyme. 10oz
